Physical: Feral children do undergo a number of physical changes, but the majority of them are simply brought about by walking on all fours.
Their muscles develop differently. They acquire callouses on the palms of their hands, knees and ankles. Other leg joints become accustomed to being bent most of the time. Feral children can be both very strong, and very dexterous. They can run on all fours, climb and jump very nimbly.
Several feral children have been described as being covered with hair. Due to a lack of nutrition, the thyroid gland, a source of hair follicle regulating hormones, can be affected making feral children far more likely to be unusually hairy.
